The Stage 3 Coilover Conversion Kit is a high performance long-travel coilover front suspension upgrade, build for serious and heavy off-road action. Fully usable 15 inches of front suspension travel soak up whoops and deliver an amazing ride even in the roughest terrain, no matter if on soft or hard pack.

The Stage 3 Coilover Conversion Kit combines our legendary Cut N’ Turned Dana 44 TTBs and 12? 2.5 King Remote Reservoir Coilover shocks. Everything is built specific to your Bronco, considering weight, application and other parameters. The W-I-Y shock hoops come with pre-drilled alignment holes, allowing for easy and precise positioning before welding. No fiberglass required.

We also offer Beam Plating, which includes plating the front, back, top, and bottom of both beams and adding a truss and skid plate to the driver’s beam. We also replace the bushings with uniball cups, uniballs, and stainless steel misalignment spacers for superior durability.
